Important Rental Rules

  • Insurance is required for this unit and is available at an affordable rate of just $22 per day.
  • The motorhome must be cleaned before return or a $100 cleaning fee will be charged (cleaning supplies provided)
  • Waste tanks must be emptied before return or a $50 emptying fee will be deducted from your deposit
  • Propane Tanks Need to Be Refilled or Charged $75
  • No smoking inside the motorhome at any time
  • Motor Home use is not permitted at festivals, including Burning Man
  • No grease or oily substances may be poured down the drains
  • No wipes of any kind (even septic-safe) may be flushed in the toilet
